• Notify us immediately of any offers made to candidates
• Pay agreed fees in accordance with our fee structure

4.2 Fees and Payment

Our fees are agreed upon engagement and may include:

• Percentage-based fees for permanent placements
• Hourly or daily rates for temporary placements
• Fixed fees for specific projects or consultancy services

Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Guarantee Period

We offer a replacement guarantee for permanent placements. If a placed candidate leaves within the agreed guarantee period (typically 3 months), we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional fee, subject to terms.

5. Candidate Terms

5.1 Registration

Candidates registering with us agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Update their details promptly when circumstances change
• Inform us immediately if they accept employment elsewhere
• Attend interviews arranged on their behalf
• Not approach clients directly without our prior consent

5.2 No Fees for Candidates

We do not charge fees to candidates for our recruitment services. All costs are borne by the hiring organisation.

5.3 Candidate Obligations

Candidates must:

• Ensure all qualifications and experience stated are genuine
• Provide accurate references
• Disclose any circumstances that may affect their suitability
• Comply with client requirements and workplace policies
